1996 ES-335 Studio: This guitar was damaged in shipping and the head stock was completely broken off. The customer thought this guitar was beyond repair. I have repaired many broken head stocks before and assured the customer I could bring this guitar back to life. Here you will see it glued back together and re-sprayed with a Gibson-Style Widows' Peak paint job. This was done on this particular guitar because it was an unusual color and there was no way to match the color properly. After this, the entire neck was clear coated, wet sanded, wheeled out and re-assembled.
